Operations manager

Lead the day-to-day operations of our custom manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role oversees production scheduling, employee development, quality, safety, workflow, and continuous improvement across multiple production departments. The ideal candidate is a confident, organized leader who can support employees, solve problems, and keep custom orders moving efficiently from production through shipment.

Location: Rochester, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Annually (Full-Time)

SHIPPING & RECEIVING SPECIALIST

Help ensure incoming materials and finished customer orders are received, handled, and shipped accurately. This hands-on position receives and verifies deliveries, organizes incoming goods, delivers materials to appropriate departments, prepares finished orders for shipment, and maintains accurate shipping and receiving records. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, physically capable, and attentive to detail.

Location: Rochester, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary: $17.50 - $20.00 Hourly (Full-Time)

Manufacturing associate - bindery & assembly

Join our production team and help create custom menu covers and hospitality products for customers throughout the country. This hands-on position performs a variety of bindery and assembly tasks using specialized equipment, hand tools, and established production processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and committed to producing consistent, high-quality work.

Location: Rochester, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary: $16.50 - $20.00 Hourly (Full-Time)

Risch Inc. based in Rochester, NY, was founded in 1935 by Hans Risch, an immigrant from Liechtenstein, who sought a better life for his family in Upstate New York. He began his journey in the menu cover business, printing and selling paper menus door-to-door, leaving a lasting impression wherever he went.
