We can foil stamp or blind deboss your covers with a stock logo or stock font at no additional charge. A one-time charge will be applied for custom logos or custom fonts. A variety of foil colors is now available for your selection. |

| Custom Logo | Customize our covers with your logo. Camera ready artwork must be supplied in black ink on white background. Any text must be greater than 8 point. If uploading or e-mailing, artwork must be sent in JPEG (saved at highest quality, lowest compression) or TIFF format. You may also mail a hard copy original or CD-ROM. If using fonts, please convert all fonts to paths in your illustration program to avoid possible substitution. If fonts are not converted, include a copy of all the fonts (both the screen and printer) used in your files. A one-time plate fee will be applied. There is no additional charge for re-orders with your inventoried plates. Artwork is not to exceed a 5" x 10" print area. |

| Written approval is required if any artwork editing is necessary in order to process your order. We reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for extra time and expense to manipulate artwork. |
| Ordering | Orders can be placed by fax (1-585-442-0189), phone (1-800-660-3335), mail, e-mail (info@hrisch.com)or over the Internet at www.hrisch.com. Purchase Order numbers are required. All custom orders for non-stock items must be received in writing. Although we make every effort to expedite orders, production times vary, so please advise us of any deadlines when placing an order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from verbal orders. |
| Shipping | Shipping and handling charges are F.O.B. Rochester, NY. Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Risch, Inc. is not responsible for delays in transit. |
| Payment Terms | Non-established accounts ship either PREPAID or UPS-COD. No personal checks are accepted. We reserve the right to request a certified check or money order for the orders over $300.00. Credit applications are available upon request. Established open accounts are expected to pay within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to place a credit hold on open accounts with balances over 30 days. |
| Returns | A Return Authorization Number is mandatory for stock orders approved for an return. In order to process your return, a Return Authorization form must be signed, faxed back and used as a packing slip in the box being returned. Stock items may be returned for credit, less a 20% restocking charge. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling charges (both ways). A return must be requested within 10 days of receiving merchandise. All items returned must be in the same condition as originally delivered. Once goods are received and approved, a credit will be issued and mailed to you. Deductions should not be taken prior to a credit memo being applied to your account. Non-Stock Items: Custom made or non-stock sizes cannot be returned. Charges may apply for canceling custom orders for time and material expenses. Free samples are available for custom orders for your approval prior to placing the order. Plate charges will be applied for samples requiring a custom logo or custom font.
